Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchased items.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacements and Refunds

We have a 14-day policy on replacements and refunds, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us of damages or issues. 

 
If there is an issue with the quality of the item that you purchased, please email us at traveaster@gmail.com. In the email, provide a description of the issue and a picture of the product you received. We will notify you once we’ve received your email and considered your request. And we will let you know if the replacement or refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be sent a replacement or refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
